Event Details

Members of the IPRS Community are invited to join Samuell Ang, CEO of Edible Garden City for a sensory tour and discover Singapore's evolving agriculture landscape with innovative urban farming solutions: activating under-utilised spaces, indoor systems, and championing native plants.

Experience Edible Garden City's unique urban farm, where its farmers grow microgreens, herbs and edible flowers. The social enterprise emphasises minimal-waste, inclusivity, and sustainable practices like regenerative agriculture.

One of its core beliefs is that growing our own food connects us with nature strengthens our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Hence EGC hires inclusively and adopts therapeutic horticulture to empower the elderly and marginalised communities.

The visit will feature a tour of the farm at Queenstown where you can experience the fresh farm produce with your five senses, including a refreshing farm-brewed tea, as well as a sharing on the organisation's communications strategy by EGC CEO and IPRS accredited member Samuell Ang.

Samuell will share the Edible Garden City's communications vision and conduct a personalised tour of the farm at Queenstown where you can experience fresh farm produce with your five senses, including a refreshing farm-brewed tea.

Join us for a day in nature!

Registration is by invitation only and open to the IPRS Community.

Warm regards,
